MY PERFECT DAY ?
Having a PERFECT DAY is not hard. It is very easy.
When you wake up in the morning you get to decide what kind of day you want to have: Good or Bad. The MORNING is your key, there are few things that you can do to have better days.
THE MORNING π»
Having a relaxing and positive morning is really important if you want to have a good and productive day.
Here are the things that you should add to your morning routine: FEED YOUR SOUL π it can be through: meditation, relaxing music, prayer & Quran...ect.
A HEALTHY BREAKFAST: The first thing that you should enter your body is "water" it hydrates every cell in your body and makes your skin look shiny and healthy. Plus, fruits πππ.
AFFIRMATIONS: I have already mentioned affirmations in a previous article but I would love to mention them again to emphasize on how important they are. You can take a deep breath and close your eyes and choose an affirmation that suits you best: " I intend to have a good and peaceful day"

In the afternoon I like to exercise a little bit. I have to admit that I am not the biggest fan of sports though I like swimming so much but I don't go to the swimming pool very often.
So what I do is: I try to exercise for at least ten minutes: I do either squats or I dance to music. πΆπ΅
PRODUCTIVITY:
To have a perfect day. I like to feel productive, I like to make something beneficial for myself or my family and friends. I sometimes bake: a cake, cookies or any easy recipe. Or I create content to share on my Blogger or social media.
STRUGGLES:
When you do the things that you love, it reduces your stress and clears your mind so you can think clearly.
So if a person or a thing tries to ruin your mood, you will be wise enough and control how you "feel" about their behaviour to continue having your perfect peaceful day ⚘⚘
(It is not always possible to do all of these things but trying to include them in your routine will bring you positive change.)
