Who am I ? (Self-love) ♡

Who am I ? If you take a look at my last article, you'd realize that I haven't written anything here for two years. As the title of this article indicates: "I am reintroducing myself", why? Well, because I BELIEVE THAT PEOPLE CHANGE ♡ the person I am today is not the person I used to be two years ago and is not the person I was yesterday... We grow, we make mistakes, we get fooled, we learn, we love.... We change.

                   

         


              In the past two years I can say that a tremendous amount of events happened and that I can trully call it a "Transitional Period". I became a post-graduate student (Of English Literature), I made new friends, I lost a friend, I visited an island for the first time in my life, I quit my University Cultural Club, I joined a "Baking Class", I was introduced to the field of "Self-development" in which I am now very interested and have learned a lot about... And so much more.

There were times where I lost hope and times where I re-gained it ♡ I learned that life is "UPS & DOWNS" and that I should cherish every good moment and accept bad ones. I also learned so much about  ♡ "SELF LOVE" ♡ and I am sharing with you some of the things I know in this article, and since I've learned so much and I'm still learning,  I would love to write more articles about this heartwarming theme in the next days.

❤ Tips On How To Love Ourselves ❤

                                        


The first thing we should know about self-love is that it is opposed to "self-abuse". SELF LOVE is anything that we "do" or "say" that makes us "feel good about ourselves".

Things we can do to feel good about ourselves: Meditation (if you don't know how to meditate, make sure to "comment meditation" to show you how to meditate in my next blogπŸ™πŸΌ Achieving small/big goals in life ⚽️ Getting out of the comfort zone: Learning a new language, travelling ✈ Taking care of our bodies: Sport, skin-care, long bath 😍

Things we can say to feel good about ourselves: Affirmations (Affirmations are positive short phrases that we say to ourselves everyday to re-program our subconscious positively), you should do Affirmations everyday in the morning and in the evening (as many times as you like). For Example: I am beautiful 🌹 I am confident 🌷 I am successful 🌻 I let go of all the pain 🌼
